Reproduction and Recording System
We are developing and marketing a novel,
revolutionary, large and extra-large format printing/ scanning (recording)
system. It is a mechanical guiding-track free system, based on our pending
US and PCT (international) patent.
Problem with Conventional Large Format Printing
Systems
In the conventional printer system, the
print head is guided on a mechanical guiding-track. As the printing width
increases, the mechanical guiding-track needs a corresponding increase.
As a result, the cost increases exponentially with the printer size.
Features of the New Product
Why does this system have an advantage over conventional
large-format printing systems? It is because this image-reproduction/recording
system has the following features:
mechanical guiding-track free: no mechanical
guiding-track, which is the limitation of conventional printer for wide
format applications;
flexible and format free: applied for any
size, image size can be as large as a building wall, or as small as a
peice of 8x11 paper;
much lower cost compared with conventional
wide format printers;
it is a real ‘wide format' solution that
is the major objective of present printer manufactures;
it can be used for applications either on
any flat or curved surface.
Service Opportunities
Comparing with conventional wide format printers, it
has much wider application areas:
home wall paints
wall decorations
industry decorations
decoration arts
portraits
art paintings
children art education
drawing toys for children and adults
billboards
posters
wall murals / walls capes
flexible fleet graphics
banners
trade shows
sculptures
depositing a pattern on china arts
industry design blue prints
archaeological image/pattern reading
museum image/pattern backups
advertisements on basketball court, football/golf field, hill side, cliff,
etc
curved surface (of airplanes, globes, ships, cars, etc.)
What resolution ( dpi ) makes sense?
